app una buona occasione

Not be familiar with the rules of proper food storage generates confusion and uncertainty which, in turn, It leads us to doubt that the food we eat is still 'good'.

So besides throwing the food that we have not been able to preserve (and is actually 'gone bad'), we also run the risk of wasting food (actually still good) because we fear that it could 'hurt us'.

We then commissioned experts from the Istituto Zooprofilattico (Institute for Animal Prophylaxis) of Piedmont, Liguria and the Aosta Valley (as regards food safety, it gained international acclaim since the days of 'mad cow' disease) to indicate the rules we need to follow.

Here you can find news, tips and suggestions on how, where and how long you should store more than 500 different foods (both cooked and raw, prepackaged and loose, fresh or frozen), on which are the recommended servings, on how to reuse leftovers and scraps, on the seasonality availability of fruit and vegetables, on how to make a shopping list and many other things...
