The guidelines, whatever the material they handle, are specialized documents for insiders.

Also these are for insiders, but even if our website is for a wider audience, we wanted them for two main reasons: first of all because they testify to the importance that the highest international organizations attach to the fight against food waste and then because they have a series of best practices (36 examples) from each continent, testimonies themselves of what is now the choral effort to counter the food waste.
