A Good Opportunity is a project sponsored by the Ministry of Economic Development through funds collected with sanctions imposed by 'Antitrust’ (Authority which seeks to maintain market competition by regulating anti-competitive conduct by companies) to companies that violate the rules and principles of free competition. Here stands good the rule by which those who violated the current regulations, therefore harming consumers, must return the equivalent of the damage wrongly procured  through sanctions and like measures.

The resources has been obtained thanks to the general program of action called "Towards a new culture of consumption."
