E. Sheridan in 1917 during the period of the 1st World War, shows a basket of garden fruits and orchards in the background of which are visible soldiers on horseback holding up an American flag.<br \/>\nThe text accompanying the image underlines the fact that during the war, even for the greater difficulty of supply, the food is as precious as the ammunition, and should therefore not be wasted.
