Drain them, cool them in cold water, and place them to dry on a kitchen towel. Remove any ribs if they are tough. Cut the leaves into squares with five-centimeter sides, keeping the trimmings.   <\/p>\n<p>Saut\u00e9 the chopped garlic and parsley in 20 grams of butter. In a pan without any fat, brown and break up the salami paste (or peeled sausage) with the help of a fork, then drain off the fat. <\/p>\n<p>Brown half an onion with the remaining butter and add the meat after grinding it. Deglaze with wine and add the leftover Savoy cabbage leaves, chopped; mix with the salami paste and let cool. Add the grated Grana cheese, the egg, the bread soaked in milk and well squeezed, and the chopped garlic and parsley to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Let rest for half an hour in a cool place.    <\/p>\n<p>Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each cabbage square and wrap it: this will create round meatballs, slightly larger than a walnut. If necessary, tie the bundles with kitchen string. <\/p>\n<p>In a pan, saut\u00e9 half an onion and the sage leaves in a little oil. Place the nusecc in the pan, taking care to turn them so they seal.
