Cut the stale bread into cubes and place it in a large bowl to soak in cold milk for a couple of hours.
Mix the soaked and squeezed raisins with the peeled and sliced apple and pear, the crumbled amaretti cookies, the chocolate chips, and the pine nuts. Separately, beat the eggs with 75 grams of sugar.
Take the bowl and soften the bread in the milk with your hands. While mixing, add the ingredients just prepared and combined, the liqueur, and finally the beaten eggs. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking pan, sprinkle it with the remaining sugar, and distribute flakes of butter here and there. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes and then at 150°C for another 15 minutes. Serve the miascia warm.
