Extract the apple seeds with a small knife.

To prepare the syrup, boil one liter of water, add the sugar, stir until dissolved, and let it cool.

Macerate the seeds, alcohol, and syrup in a glass jar for 40 days, shaking occasionally. Strain with paper filters and bottle. After two months, the liqueur is ready to be consumed.
