Boil the beet greens and blend them with a pinch of chili pepper. Add the lentils and the eggs beaten with a pinch of salt. Add enough breadcrumbs to create a firm mixture to form the burgers.

Pour four tablespoons of oil into a non-stick pan and toast the breadcrumbs with a pinch of turmeric. Use it to coat the burgers, place them on a baking tray, and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
