Mince the meat and ham, mash the vegetables and potato with a fork, add a couple of tablespoons of oil and mayonnaise, season with salt, and mix everything well (press firmly with your hands to compact it better).
Place the mixture into a loaf pan—or roll it into a salami shape and wrap it in foil if you prefer—and leave it in the refrigerator for at least six hours.
