Prepare an omelet by adding julienned vegetables (carrots, zucchini, etc.), cooking it until well set. Once ready, layer the leftover cooked ham or sliced cooked salami on top and roll it up. Wrap with cling film and keep in the refrigerator for one hour.
Cut the omelet roll into thick slices and serve at room temperature.
