Whisk 4 eggs and add 5 tablespoons of grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Add a drizzle of oil to a pan and reheat the leftover pasta. Once hot, add the previously whisked eggs with the cheese and a small amount of breadcrumbs to the pasta.
Flip the pasta frittata exactly as you would with a regular omelet.
