Artichoke leaf elixir

Place all ingredients in an airtight jar (the cardamom seeds should be crushed) except the wine and let macerate for three days, shaking the container daily.

On the fourth day, add the wine and let rest for another three days.

After this time, filter and bottle. Wait four months before serving the elixir.
