Preparation
Steam the stems until they remain crisp and dry them well. Arrange them in layers in a baking dish, alternating with layers of béchamel sauce and sprinkling each time with grated Parmesan.
Finish with a layer of béchamel sauce, dust the surface with Parmesan and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
