Preparation

Cut the bread into small chunks and soak it in the warm milk.

Once cooled slightly, add the beaten egg, crumbled sausage, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

Mix everything together and pour the mixture into a baking pan brushed with a drizzle of oil.

Preheat the oven to 150°C and bake the cake for half an hour.
