Remove the casing from leftover salami, cut it into small cubes and sauté in a non-stick pan without oil and without seasoning for 5 minutes. Add two tablespoons of tomato sauce and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Finish cooking the pasta directly in the pan with the salami sauce and serve.
