Preparation
Cut the polenta into sticks six or seven centimeters long and one centimeter thick.
Dip them in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs, and fry them in hot oil.
Once golden, remove them, drain on paper towels, and season with salt.
These fritters, which are very easy to prepare, are also excellent as a sweet treat
: simply replace the salt with sugar.
