Cut the potatoes lengthwise and hollow them out, saving the removed portion. Fill them with the meat sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover the bottom of a baking dish with tomato sauce and add the potato pieces saved earlier. Place the stuffed potatoes on top and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
