In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a tablespoon of oil, the shredded basil, the grated Parmesan, and finally, a portion of the stewed peppers.

In a mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients with the baking powder and add the egg and pepper mixture. Combine thoroughly and pour into individual molds.

Garnish the top of each pudding with the remaining peppers and bake at 180°C for half an hour, until golden brown.
